Group of FAMS Volunteers

We have a wide and varied group of volunteers from people of all ages and walks of life, but something that we all have in common is that we have been through and are going through our own struggles.

From personal battles relating to our experiences with murder and suicide, to separate mental health issues, we are unique in that we provide a community of support to people who are experiencing such challenges, from people who have been through it themselves.

We are always looking for more volunteers who can help us to operate our befriender service and raise awareness as far and wide as we possibly can about issues that our government has for too long not addressed properly.

If you think you can help, then please get in touch. If you don’t have the time to give we understand, and hope that you might be able to help us out with any sort of donation you can, so we can continue with our important work into the future.
